(1) High carbon, the end point carbon is controlled above 0.15%, reducing carbonation;

(2) Minimize the content of P and S in molten steel;

(3) Control the composition of molten steel to ensure Mn/Si ? 3.0 or more;

(4) Under the conditions allowed by the continuous casting temperature, the tapping temperature should be lowered as much as possible to reduce the amount of slag discharged from the tapping.
