The Pipe Production for Beacon Project has been Finished

 In 2019, Tianjin Xinyue Steel Group cooperated with many large contractors and EPC in Malaysia. The scope of cooperation not only includes infrastructure construction, liquid pipeline projects, but also contains some other multinational projects contracted locally.

At the end of June, we were honored to cooperate with a large offshore project company in Malaysia. The product is used on water piling construction and has strict requirements on the surface of steel pipe products. According to customer requirements, the first layer is zinc epoxy primer, the second layer is a high-density epoxy, and the third layer is a polyurethane finish (white). In combination with the guidance of our technical department, we use coating with a thickness of 300 microns to meet the various performance requirements of the product.

After the steel pipe has been finished completely. Our production department and quality inspection department are fully committed to control the anti-corrosion paint. We guarantee the products of high quality with strict inspection for material, manufacturing process and finished product.

For the offshore construction project, Xinyue has accumulated rich experience in steel pipe production and exporting over the years. From production to delivery, we strictly control production and technology. We will continue to follow up on the pipe application and customers' post-service.
