Algeria water pipe project tested qualified delivery

 This is an old customer from Algeria.

The requirement is API 5L non-toxic epoxy resin coating inside steel pipe and 3PE coating outside, which is used for drinking water pipeline engineering.

The order was decided in late July. In order to meet the delivery plan of the customer, we arranged urgent production and completed the production and testing within the specified time.

The third-party inspection was completed in mid-to-late August, and the third-party recognized the quality of our drinking water pipeline and anti-corrosive quality and confirmed on the spot that the goods could be delivered.This result comes from our pursuit of product quality and our experience in quality control of water pipes.

In addition, in terms of packaging service, we add extra cloth for customers to release friction, and then use steel belt to bundle, so as to prevent the damage of steel belt to the surface of anti-corrosive coating. Both ends of the pipe are equipped with plastic pipe cap and two slings to facilitate loading and unloading and protect the pipe end from damage.
