Characteristics of mine coated plastic composite steel tube
The plastic-coated composite steel pipe for mining has the following characteristics:
(1) Flame retardant and antistatic
The product adopts mining polyethylene paint, and its antistatic and flame-retardant components are evenly distributed on the surface and inner layer of the pipe. It meets the requirements of MT181 and is suitable for flammable and explosive specific places in mines.
(2) Extremely strong adhesion
After the inner and outer surfaces of the plastic-coated steel pipe are coated, bonded, and cured, the adhesion force is ≥30N/10mm, and there is no damage after falling hammer impact and tearing.
(3) Corrosion resistance, not easy to scale, low fluid resistance
The pipe has strong acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance and is suitable for high-sulfur water and water containing calcium and magnesium plasma in coal mines. Because of its high surface finish, low fluid resistance, no scale adheres to it, and secondary pollution can be reduced.
(4) High pressure
Polyethylene powder coating has good toughness, the high mechanical strength of steel pipes, and has a strong ability to withstand external influences such as impact and bending.
