Seamless steel pipe maintenance method

　　Metal surface exposed to the corrosive environment is easy to cause electrochemical reaction or chemical reaction. Seamless steel pipe's surface can be corrosive due to self-excited reaction and pitting corrosion reaction, coupled with the chloride ion, which form into a strong corrosive solution to accelerate the corrosion reaction. All these can destroy the passivation film of seamless steel pipes. Therefore, the surface of the seamless steel pipe must be regularly cleaned and maintained in order to keep its gorgeous surface and extend the service life. When cleaning the surface of seamless steel pipe, we must pay attention to the surface scratches, to avoid the use of bleach ingredients and abrasive cleaning solution, wire ball, grinding tools, etc. Water the surface at the end to get rid of the washing liquid.

　　How to maintain seamless steel pipes:

　　1. If there is dust and dirt, seamless steel pipes can be washed with soap, weak detergent or warm water.

　　2. If there is trademark, foil, use warm water, weak detergent to wash, use alcohol or organic solvents to scrub.

　　3. If there is grease, oil, lubricants pollution, wipe with a soft cloth, and then clean with a neutral detergent or ammonia solution or with a special detergent.

　　4. If there is a variety of acid attached, immediately rinse with water, and then dip seamless steel pipes with ammonia solution or neutral soda solution, wash with neutral detergent or warm water.

　　5. If the dirt is caused by its rust, seamless steel pipes can be cleaned with 10% nitric acid or grinding detergent.
