Precautions for production of galvanized steel pipes

    Recently we’ve receive an inquiry for the requirement of the details for purchasing of Zinc, galvanized steel pipe for engineering project. Actually, we all know that there are lots of questions we need to notice for the wholesale of the galvanized steel pipe.

    First of all, we should figure out that in metallurgical industry, smelting copper, aluminum, lead, zinc, galvanized heating, metal heat treatment furnace are related for the production process. So it is necessary to know that there are three types of galvanized steel pipe which are Pre-painted (zinc: 60-120G/M2); Hot-dipped galvanized (zinc: 120-500G/M2); Cold-dipped galvanized(zinc:10-50G/M2).

    What's more, the cerium conversion coating, which was prepared properly, would provide a better protection against corrosion for zinc and galvanized steel than the chromate conversion coating did. We should take the good dealing for the choosing of the coating once we know a better solution for corrosion resistance for our products.

    In addition, it seems like that fast process can be applied to remove the excess zinc for the galvanized small steel articles. Thus, it is a nice option for us if we need this kind of method for the work of galvanized steel pipe.
